Engagement Terms
Standard framework for Boilerlykit service projects. Your signed proposal or statement of work controls if it conflicts with this page.
1. Overview
These engagement terms describe how Boilerlykit typically runs web design, redesign, local SEO, and localization projects. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Kickoff
Work starts after (a) written acceptance of a scoped proposal and (b) receipt of any required deposit. Kickoff usually includes a short discovery call, access checklist, and milestone calendar.
3. Scope & Changes
Deliverables are listed in the proposal (pages, SEO tasks, integrations, rounds of revision). Out-of-scope requests are estimated separately before we proceed.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Provide content, brand assets, and timely feedback.
- Ensure you have rights to materials you supply.
- Provide staging/production access when needed for launch.
5. Payment
Typical structure: deposit to start, balance on milestone or before launch. Exact schedule is in your proposal. Late invoices may pause delivery.
6. IP & Portfolio
After full payment, you may use deliverables for your business as stated in the proposal. We may showcase the work unless you request confidentiality or anonymization in writing before launch.
7. Post-launch Support
Proposals may include a short bug-fix window after launch for defects in our deliverables. Hosting, third-party outages, and new feature requests are outside that window unless retained separately.
